To stop knee pain from coming back, visit a chiropractor near you to find, treat and help you manage your knee pain. At home, do exercises that strengthen the muscles around the joint, especially the quadriceps, hamstrings and calves to stabilize. Avoid repetitive high impact activities and practice good form during exercise or physical activity to avoid strain. Wear supportive shoes that cushion your knees and align your body. Stretch regularly to keep flexibility in the knees and surrounding muscles. If you feel discomfort, address it early with rest, ice and a follow up with our team.
